We ship daily from our Sydney warehouse via our vast network of couriers to all corners of Australia. All products in stock and paid by credit card are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders made via bank transfer are dispatched once funds have cleared.


The company utilises third party couriers for deliveries. All third party couriers only deliver curb side or to a loading dock. Please note that it is the clients’ responsibility, if they wish, to insure their goods during transit. About Return 

COZONI offers exchanges based on change of mind purchases within a seven (7) day period of receiving goods. This excludes pre-orders, custom orders, or trade customer orders. Exchanges must be completed immediately for in stock items of equal or greater value. Exchanges can be made one time only from the initial order placed. Order changes and refunds are not permitted to back-ordered or pre-purchased items awaiting dispatch. The customer must pay for the cost of all shipping in relation to change of mind purchases. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If items are returned damaged, costs will be determined and debited from credit note value. COZONI does not offer refunds for change of mind decisions. 

If a manufacturing default is present, COZONI will replace or fix the item(s). If a remedy is not possible, a refund for damaged goods will be offered. Please note that if you receive damaged goods as a result of a manufacturing defect - COZONI must be notified within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. COZONI endeavours to inspect all goods prior to dispatch.
